We have all caught eels by mistake and found them deeply hooked but I never knew how dangerous it is to the eel.
I don’t purposely fish for eels, but now I would certainly hope never to catch one unintentionally again. This is so important and now they are an endangered species, even more so. They deserve our greatest respect and care.
