Fishing on rivers Wye, Trothy and Monnow.

As from now, Friday 17th August, the temporary suspension of fishing on our rivers is removed.

Enjoy your fishing.

Please take the utmost care when returning a fish to the water. It is essential that, barbel particularly, are held upright and facing into the current until they become active and forcefully try to swim away.

Fish should not be removed to the top of banks or held in baths for photos. If possible unhook your fish in your net without removing it from the water.

Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult period.
